SYNCHROMATIC is an advanced sewing system designed to deliver maximum productivity, absolute synchronization and outstanding sewing quality. The high-tech servo-driven conveyor belt operates in perfect synchronization with the sewing machine, ensuring a smooth and consistent workflow at all sewing speeds.
High Performance & Precision
The system is equipped with a 2-needle sewing head, needle feed and oversized bobbins offering up to 70% more thread, significantly reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
Automatic functions such as reverse stitching, thread trimming and presser foot lift at the end of the seam guarantee a flawless sewing result and improved operator comfort.
Intelligent Synchronization & Ergonomics
Synchronization is activated automatically via:
- a speed-controlled foot pedal, or
- a unique kick pedal for continuous sewing at a preset speed, which the operator defines directly on the display.
All Synchromatic machines are equipped with an ERGO pedal to initiate automatic reverse stitching, stabilizing the material before completing the sewing cycle. The additional ERGO-kick pedal enables almost fully automatic sewing: the operator sets the desired speed on the display, presses the pedal, and the machine runs at that speed while the operator simply guides the material.
Flexibility & Easy Maintenance
The sewing station is maintenance-friendly, mobile on wheels with brakes, and fully configurable.

Advanced Tools & Control
The system includes a magnetic quick-change sewing tool system, as well as a SEG sewing tool for flat keder.
The integrated control display allows:
- input of parameters for automatic sewing functions
- monitoring of the remaining thread on the bobbin
- setting of the needle position after sewing
- and many additional functions
ATAS – Automatic Cutting System
The optional ATAS 23 is an innovative, patent-pending automatic cutting system for keder, designed to:
- cut during the sewing process without interrupting operation
- allow precise presetting of the cutting distance (in mm) from the material edge via the display
- utilize the unique SEG relaxation system, ensuring tension-free keder feeding into the cutting area
ATAS is the only system that enables safe feeding and cutting of both PVC keder and silicone keder, with automatic reinsertion of the keder into the needle for the next operation.
Additionally, ATAS features an electro-pneumatic valve for rapid guide changes within seconds, for example switching from keder sewing to pocket sewing.
